Terms of cancellation

To cancel your registration free of charge, only written cancellations (by post or fax) received more than four weeks (28 days) before the congress are accepted. If you cancel your registration two to four weeks in advance, you are charged with 50% of the due amount. If you cancel your registration less than two weeks in advance, you are charged with the full due amount. Of course, it is always possible to let a colleague attend in your place.
